Our Journey Together
HireAI didn’t start in a corporate boardroom or a venture capital pitch. It started as a late-night conversation between two friends who were frustrated watching qualified colleagues get auto-rejected by heartless algorithms without ever having their resumes read by a human.
We realized that the job application system is broken. It shouldn't require hiring expensive consultants just to figure out how to phrase your achievements so a database doesn't bin your resume. We decided to build a platform that exposes those rules and helps job seekers optimize their resumes in real-time.
Today, HireAI is supported by a growing network of collaborative engineers and designers. We believe in keeping things simple, direct, and completely transparent. We hope HireAI helps you land the interview you deserve.
